The Seahorse Energy team has a vast amount of experience managing some of the most demanding projects in the Oil and Gas industry.  We believe that effective project management begins with open and effective communication that keeps all stakeholders informed of the pertinent project activities.  We use a rigorous and disciplined communication plan and interface management system that helps reduce issues in the field as the various components and supplier’s equipment comes together.
